A man has been sentenced in a fatal crash in Troy nearly two years ago.

Jeremiah Hasher, 42, was sentenced to one year with four months suspended for his role in the crash that killed Joshua Lamb, 21.

According to Virginia State Police reports, the crash occurred at the intersection of Rt. 250 (Richmond Road) and Rt. 631 (Troy Road) on the afternoon of May 5, 2018.

Lamb, a classic car enthusiast, was driving a 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle. As he turned on to Rt. 250, he was struck by Hasher’s 2006 Ford F-250 pickup, causing him to flip.
