History
The Fluvanna Review was founded 25 years ago as a one-sheet newsletter for the
Lake Monticello community. It has over the years become what it is today, a
thick community newspaper for the entire county of Fluvanna. It is the only
paper that is locally owned and that covers Fluvanna County exclusively.
Distribution
The paper is distributed every Thursday throughout the county on newsstands and
to each home at Lake Monticello. Newsstands consist of outdoor boxes and indoor
racks at high traffic areas such as grocery stores, convenience stores,
pharmacies, post offices and restaurants.
Publishers
The Fluvanna Review is published by Valley Publishing Corp. which also
publishes the Buckingham Beacon, Scottsville Monthly, and OC Magazine (Orange
County).
