As a project for his college research technology class taught by Janice Simmons, Fork Union Military Academy Cadet Eddie Maslov, a senior, researched the process and steps required to produce a music video.
Maslov’s final presentation included his music video production based on Psy’s “Gangnam Style” and performed with the help of fellow cadets at Fork Union Military Academy. The inspiration came from a “spirit video” competition between the U.S. Naval Academy and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Maslov’s video follows a cadet friend through the typical FUMA morning routine and into the class day, where a bit of daydreaming leads to some scenes of dancing and activity you might not expect to see on the campus of a boys’ military school.
