Rupert Wilder “Bob” Tatum, Jr.

Mr. Tatum was a Business Manager with I.B.M. and served as Chief Financial Officer with R.L. Polk and Company in Michigan. He served in the United States Army and received the Commendation Medal. His hobbies included reading, music, history and studying international current affairs.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Patricia Marie (Macaluso) Tatum; a son, Alexander Kyle Tatum of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Helen Maynard of San Francisco, CA and Elizabeth Tresslar of San Rafael, CA.
Family and friends will gather privately for a celebration of his life at a future date. Burial will be in Culpeper National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Fluvanna County SPCA, 5239 Union Mills Rd., Troy, VA 22974 or the Lake Monticello Fire and Rescue Squad, 14 Slice Rd., Palmyra, VA 22963.
