During his retirement, he enjoyed golfing, participation in activities planned by the Friendship Force of Central Virginia, and being a fan of UVA sports. He also enjoyed social activities in the community, time with neighbors, and appreciated help and support of many friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Arlene, 3 children and their wonderful families.
