Survivors include her husband of 60 years, David Eugene Dallanegra of Lake Monticello, Virginia; five children, Helene Lyon and husband, Donald of Charlottesville, Virginia: Steven Dallanegra and wife, Robin of Shoreham, New York; Jean McCloskey of Patchogue, New York; Linda Dallanegra of Lake Monticello, Virginia and Susan Schaefer and husband, Thomas of Holtsville, New York; nine grandchildren, Shannon, Matthew and Lindsey Lyon; Michael and Andrew Dallanegra; James and Julie McCloskey; Thomas and Jessica Schaefer; three great-grandchildren, Marlowe and Reese Dallanegra and Logan Moskowitz.
A prayer service will be held at 6:00 pm, Thursday, January 28, 2016 with visitation following until 8:00 pm at Thacker Brothers Lake Monticello Funeral Home.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Friday, January 29, 2016 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Palmyra. Interment will follow at 3:00 pm at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia.
