An elite Girls’ Academy soccer team that will play in the Mid-Atlantic Division has accepted Fluvanna eighth grade athlete Piper LaRochelle on to its squad. The team is made up of outstanding Charlottesville area players and will compete against other teams from New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The advantage of playing on such a team is the exposure to high levels of competition and experienced and expert coaching.
