The annual People’s Choice Awards Show, sponsored by The Fluvanna Art Association, is currently exhibiting at the Fluvanna County Public Library. This year, artists submitted 52 pieces, including wood items, sculptures, paintings, collages, prints, and more. The diversity in technique and mediums is evident in the uniqueness of each artist.

This year, the association decided to add back categories to make voting easier as well as recognize competition at different levels. Many of the artists have learned one medium but are learning other unrelated mediums such as mosaic and collage. Two other specialty categories were also added – Most Colorful and Inventive.

The public can vote for their favorites with ballots near the ballot box or use the QR Code. Voting will take place through Nov. 20. The winners will be revealed at the art reception on Nov. 23, from 12:30-2:30 p.m. The exhibit will remain up until Dec. 2.
