A number of Fluco senior athletes are moving on after a strong fall season. At a signing ceremony on Nov. 12, volleyball player Molly McCall signed a commitment letter to play next year at Virginia Commonwealth University. Jack Jefferies signed to compete in cross country and track at Radford University. Ruby Frazier signed to run cross country and track at the University of Richmond, and Henry Jefferies signed to play lacrosse at Emory and Henry. All are staying in Virginia.

Ruby Frazier and Jack Jeffferies both ran in the Virginia state cross country meet. Frazier finished tenth in a field of 104 garnering All-State status. Jefferies finished a very strong 20th out of 104 runners.

Fluco field hockey goalie Savannah Peterson set a state record with 655 stops on the season. The Fluco volleyball team lost in the Region semi-finals to Liberty Christian Academy (LCA),but finished 22-5 on the year. The Fluco football team finished 7-4, after a first round playoff loss at Wilson Memorial on Nov. 14 by a score of 41-29.
