Clebak grew up in northern New Jersey and attended undergraduate and medical school at Penn State University. He moved to Charlottesville and completed his residency at the University of Virginia where he was named the Family Medicine Education chief resident.
Clebak was drawn to the Fluvanna community where he hopes to get to know patients and provide personal care. He said he is enjoying working in Fluvanna and added that, “the staff at Lake Monticello Primary Care is phenomenal.” He has already gotten involved in the community by volunteering as the team doctor for the Fluvanna junior varsity football team.
Clebak lives in Charlottesville with his wife Angie and their cat and dog that were adopted from the Charlottesville SPCA. Angie is an intensive care nurse at the UVa. Health Systems.
