About the Fluvanna Review

The Fluvanna Review is the most read weekly newspaper in the county. Packed with local ads, news, and information vital to Fluvanna residents, it is the leading source of Fluvanna County news.

Each Thursday copies of the Fluvanna Review are delivered directly to homes at Lake Monticello, Broken Island and Sycamore Square. The paper is also available at over 100 key locations throughout Fluvanna, Albemarle, Louisa, and Charlottesville, such as grocery stores, doctor’s offices, banks, restaurants and the Downtown Mall.

The Fluvanna Review is well-read. Of the 6,400 copies distributed weekly, only 4 or 5 percent are left on the stands – an excellent rate in the industry.

The Fluvanna Review is the winner of over 50 awards for advertising excellence and news coverage in the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Virginia Press Association contests, including awards for advertising design, news layout, cover illustration, photography, breaking news and column writing.
