An overnight storm spread light snow across Central Virginia, including in parts of Fluvanna. The Virginia Department of Transportation said primary highways and secondary roads in Central Virginia “are mostly clear with patches of snow and ice.”
I-64 in Albemarle and Louisa County are clear of snow but the pavement is wet in some places. Primary highways in Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa and Madison counties are reported mostly clear with patches of snow and ice on the surface. Secondary roads in Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Madison counties are reported in the same condition, according to VDOT.
