Donohue is currently the head coach of the high school prep basketball team and serves as a teacher in the English department, according to a press release.

A 2002 graduate of Longwood University, Donohue has been a member of the FUMA faculty since 2005 and has been an assistant coach with the postgraduate program for several years, under both Coach Fletcher Arritt and current coach, Brooks Berry.

In 2010, Donohue coached the prep basketball team to the Virginia Prep League Championship, the first such championship for the FUMA program in the league’s 40-plus year history. He was recognized as this year’s Prep League Coach of the Year for the Winter 2012-2013 season.

Donohue has also been very active in campus life as the starting point guard each year of the “almost undefeated” faculty team in the annual Faculty/Seniors basketball game. He is the director of the “Estes Legend 3-On-3 Tournament” held each May, and has been for the past few years an assistant director of the annual summer basketball camp held at FUMA each July.
