The new alignment of high schools puts the Flucos into play-offs in this new conference against schools of the same size from other Districts around central Virginia. This championship event included Fluvanna, Charlottesville and Louisa from the Jefferson District and Amherst County High, Harrisonburg High and Handley High from other nearby Districts. Charlottesville won this contest and the Flucos finished fourth. the Flucos were only four stokes (one stroke per player) from a third place finish. Fluco freshman Jack Stanke and senior Dylon Garrett qualified to move on to Regional play with scores of 90 and 93 respectively. – Duncan Nixon
