Doris M. Benzinger

Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Benzinger, Jr. and her brother, Louis Coscia. She is survived by her two children, Marie Carswell of Richmond, Virginia. and Ellen Greer, and husband, Douglas Greer of Atlanta, Georgia, as well as her three grandchildren, Whitney Lovelady and her husband, James H. Lovelady of Chester, Virginia., Kelly Carswell of Denver, Colorado and Scott Mathew Greer of Atlanta, Georgia. Her extended family includes her sister, Theresa Till of Prescott, Arizona. In recent years, Doris enjoyed sharing her life with and was lovingly cared for by her fiancé, Ron Gale.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions in Doris’s memory be made to either the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association.
