Anthony (Tony) Patrick Conway, 84, of Charlottesville, passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016, at Hospice House of the Piedmont. Born in Passaic, New Jersey, to Patrick and Anita (Reynolds) Conway, he lived in New Jersey for many years before moving to Virginia in 1988.
Tony married Anne (Molloy) in 1962 in Clifton, New Jersey. They were happily married for 54 years. He is survived by his wife, Anne; his daughters, Maryanne Conway, Patty Heath, Kathy Zeek, Sue Conway and Jenn Walters; five grandchildren, Katie Heath, Megan Heath, Brian Heath, Bertram Zeek and Rylie Walters; and one great-grandchild, Steven Chaparro.
A memorial service will be held at Sojourners United Church of Christ, 1017 Elliott Avenue, Charlottesville, Virginia, at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12, 2016.
