Jeffrey W. Troxell, Jr, 27, was arrested at his home in Chesterfield County outside Richmond earlier in the day.
Investigators with the sheriff’s office “were able to obtain sufficient probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Troxell for the robbery,” according to the release. The arrest was carried out by the Chesterfield County Police Department.
Troxell is currently being held without bail pending arraignment.
Authorities have not said how much money was stolen in the robbery. No one was injured.
