Judy Shell of Palmyra, Va., passed away on April 25, 2018 at the age of 76. Judy was born August 31, 1941 in Queens, New York.
She is survived by her husband, Forney Shell of Palmyra, Virginia; and three sons, Alexander Ulshafer of Palmyra, Virginia, Ronald Ulshafer of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Brett Ulshafer of Las Vegas, Nevada.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 4 p.m. at Effort Baptist Church, 7820 Thomas Jefferson Parkway Palmyra, Va.
