The Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors raised taxes about 3.6 percent Wednesday evening (April 24). Three of the five supervisors agreed to set the real estate tax rate at 92.5 cents, up from the equalized rate of 89.3 cents. Supervisors Don Weaver and Tony O'Brien dissented.
