Fluvanna voted Republican Unofficial election data shows that Fluvanna County voted solidly Republican on Nov. 4. Only one precinct – Fork Union – favored Sen. Mark Warner over challenger Ed Gillespie, by a slim margin of 1.5 percentage points.

Hess wins Fluvanna County voters elected Eric Hess as their sheriff Tuesday (Nov. 4), according to unofficial election returns. Hess, 57, received 4,864 votes, or 59.49 percent, compared to challenger Mark Belew, 36, who garnered 3,312 votes, or 40.51 percent.
