Poppy is quite affectionate too and she uses her paw to prompt you pet her, but Poppy is 80 pounds so her paw is big and the swipe of the paw is not always pleasant and it’s often muddy. Bug pushes his head under your hand or arm to beg for the pet, Bug is 125 lbs and he has a big, powerful head. Finally Moby greets me with a puppy smile that looks quite like a snarl. Did I mention that Moby also looks like a wolf so it is really off -putting when he smiles at other people.
We do not allow pets (of any kind) at Old Farm Day to ensure that all of the visitors have a safe and happy day without the distraction or fear of the pets at the event. We hope you understand and will leave your pets at home on Old Farm Day.
