Gonsalves holed his second shot from 220 yards out with a 3-wood. The albatross, much rarer than a hole-in-one, was witnessed by playing partner George Csapo, the paper said.
In a separate round, Chet Senig recorded a hole-in-one at the Lake on the 122-yard, par-3, 10th hole. Senig’s ace was witnessed by partners Barbara Senig and Tom Miglas on April 14, according to the paper.
