Any survey of community wants and needs regarding the new and/or remodeled facilities ought to also include the opinions and ideas of local real estate agents who sell to incoming residents and hear every day what new comers think about the place – what prospective buyers like and what they don’t, or what is needed to make it more saleable. This is not to say non-residents will determine what is undertaken, but their vision of Lake Monticello might be helpful.
