Aqua’s big profits

We are paying an average of 4.9 cents a gallon – my daughter who lives in “Taxachusetts” only pays 1.4 cents a gallon. Our water is supplied by a for-profit corporation, her water is supplied by the municipality.
In the absence of competition, Aqua America has us over a barrel and short of moving away, I can’t see the SCC being persuaded to see our point of view – but maybe they’ll surprise us this time.
