No to Lake renovation

The special interest group at the Lake is gearing up for the hard sell of this bad deal project proposal in June. The full page ad that the Lake Monticello Owners’ Association posted on April 16 states that without the $95 dues increase and $5 million golf facility expansion, property values might be adversely effected. Again on May 14 they state stagnant property values will result without the dues increase and the five million dollar golf facility project. These are scare tactics designed to continue the subsidizing of the golf facility project by bundling or camouflaging it with the other projects. We need sensible projects not special interest projects. Vote no to the June proposal so LMOA can get it right.
