What a bargain

This project is not just a whim made up by a few. Lake Monticello is home for all of us living here and this work is needed and necessary now.
There is not a community I know of and I challenge anyone who may think they do know, where the annual dues come anywhere close to what we pay to live at Lake Monticello, that being, $843.23 a year which includes garbage pick up and snow removal. Do the homework and check it all out. The proposed increase in dues is $95 a year, which equates to only 26 cents a day. What a bargain for all the wonders we have here living at the Lake. Let us, as a community, pull together by  voting yes on the ballot in June.
