Answers needed first

The Board wants you to think that your property values depend upon a new rec center. Imagine what our property values would be if the lake and the dams were not maintained. This happened a few years ago when the Acres pond drained and became a mud hole. The residents had to hire a lawyer to force the Board to repair it.
Before we waste our money on a new building, let’s find out what our needs are. Professional community planners can advise us on what is reasonable for our community. Let’s talk with them before we decide what the new building should look like.
The Board is counting on voter apathy to get their proposal approved. When you receive your proxy, vote no to the Board’s proposal. Let the Board know you care about your home, your money and your community.
