Gooch for supervisor

ave an important decision to make regarding the two candidates running for the Board of Supervisor’s seat. While I respect Trish Eager, I feel that her perceptions and agenda are not the best for the county.
John Gooch is the best candidate for the job. John is a Fluvanna native, family oriented and a long-time baseball coach. John served for 12 years on the Fluvanna School Board. During that time, his emphasis was on the quality of education provided to students. John also served on the Fluvanna Board of Supervisors. In this role, he supported the need for water and sewer infrastructure to support growth in the Zion Crossroads area and provide a catalyst for economic development. These actions are positives that helped moved Fluvanna County forward.
I support John Gooch and urge Palmyra District residents to vote for him. His track record and dedication show that he can be counted on. Your vote for Mr. Gooch will help improve the county’s long-term economic base and strengthen Fluvanna County’s assets and services.
