Rouillard experienced

I have nearly eight years current experience in the clerk’s office; over six years in the Fluvanna clerk’s office as the bookkeeper, handling all financial duties of the clerk along with the many other duties; the last 1 1/2 years I have been the chief deputy clerk in Albemarle County. I took the position in another county because the position wasn’t available in Fluvanna until just a few months ago. This is experience I could not obtain in Fluvanna. I have management and leadership experience in three different industries. My entire work history has involved providing the best customer service possible. I’ve educated myself to be able to perform the duties of any position I’ve held.
The term of the clerk is eight years. Over the course of those eight years they will receive a compensation package in excess of $1 million. All of the other candidates will require training, from a few months to a few years. That’s a lot of money to pay for on the job training.
I am currently the chief deputy clerk in the Albemarle clerk’s office, I have worked in the Fluvanna clerk’s office, and I have management, leadership and customer service experience. I am the only candidate that can hit the ground running.
I would like to come back and serve the citizens of the county in which I live. For all of these reasons I respectfully ask for your vote on Nov. 3.
