“The purpose of a first reading is to receive comments from the membership, staff and directors,” according to the Facebook post. “The proposals will return to the Board for consideration at a later date, after further study and development. The date will be announced in advance via LMOA communications media.”
The second reading had been schedule for the May 23 board meeting.
