Rick Kelly, himself a teacher, comes from a family of teachers. O’Brien does not. Kelly is a real fiscal conservative and would require taxpayer money be spent wisely. O’Brien is not and argues that only higher taxes will solve Fluvanna’s problems. Kelly understands what it means to be on a fixed income as he is disabled and on a fixed income. O’Brien does not. Kelly has run a business in Fluvanna County. O’Brien has not and still doesn’t.
Please keep this comparison in mind when November 5 is here. Rick Kelly will work hard for Fluvanna County and will apply reason and common sense to find a solution to our problems.
