Her article in the Oct. 16 issue of the Fluvanna Review on page 22, was one of the best and most creative narratives to come along in quite a while. This clever and thoroughly entertaining collection of Ghost Tales with a good dose of history thrown in, was completely believable with just the right amount of scary. We were transported back in time.
I especially liked the line “the bullet that singed the sister-in-law’s eyebrows,” a picture painted with words! Kudos to Ruth.
