There are over 800 duties and responsibilities of the circuit court clerk. It is impossible to carry out these duties without having a dedicated, educated and work-oriented staff. It is imperative that the clerk look at outdated systems within the court structure. The elected clerk must work in all areas to achieve the mission and goals of the court and bring the court in line with the 21st century.
Rovelle Brown is the person that can achieve all of the aforementioned and more. This former 17-year magistrate and native of Fluvanna is more than qualified to run for this office. He has the education, skills and experience. He doesn’t say things that he thinks people want to hear, just to get a vote. Mr. Brown can and will deliver what he proposes to do.
