Cary for School Board

Another aspect of Barbara’s potential to enhance the School Board’s policies and operations is that she will bring an outsider’s objective perspective to the Board which, in many cases, can be a catalyst for positive and productive change in an organization
Having served in our armed forces as a career army officer for 28 years, I can attest to the importance of the progressive impact of information technology on every aspect of our society. This is especially true for the positive development of our children in all stages of educational development from preschool through college and beyond into all career choices.
I am confident that as a hardworking, compassionate, loyal and responsible citizen of Fluvanna, Barbara Cary can bring her seasoned expertise in information technology to the Board which will significantly enhance the Board’s ability to keep pace with technological developments that can inform Board members and others about the best choices of tools and resources Fluvanna needs for its students.
