When you travel in the Columbia District, such as Venable, Mountain Laurel or Carysbrook roads, in some places it is like driving through a tunnel – the weeds are higher than your vehicle! This is very dangerous since you cannot see the animals when they are about to come out of the forest and fields and they cannot see you.
