Big debt

The problem is national. Please read “The Debt Bomb That Taxpayers Won’t See Coming” Wall Street Journal, March 30-31, 2013 page A11.
I ask the our state representatives introduce legislation to remove all referendum exemptions from the various authorities and the Virginia Public School Authority and allow citizens to enjoy their constitutional right to vote before the local governments can run us into a fatal debt load without our knowledge.
