Tornado victims helped

The Fluvanna County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee would like to thank all Old Farm Day attendees who supported our Chinese auction and visited our hospitality tent. With the proceeds from the auction, monetary donations from our county Farm Bureau Board of Directors and local citizens and businesses we were able to send $1,000 to the Oklahoma Farm Bureau to assist Moore, Oklahoma residents effected by the devastating May 20, 2013 tornado. The donated money will help many school children and farm families during this time of need.
