And the increased evening access to the clubhouse means that the Ashlawn Grille provides the Lake community an extra, very important benefit.
I admit that I rarely eat at the Ashlawn Grille; I prefer the Dogwood and Villa Nova. So, I am not “taking my book,” except that I think that the clubhouse should remain a clubhouse, and not become an office building.
If there must be more offices, put them in the old restaurant space in the basement. Or, better yet, just increase administrative efficiency.
