Sweet issue

I am a Fluvanna resident and read this paper among several other local papers weekly and I just wanted to let your staff know how much I enjoyed the Dec. 25 issue. The sweet cover alone drew me in and I was so appreciative to hear that the county is working on a better leash law at Pleasant Grove. Dogs, just like people, don’t always get along with everyone they meet. I also wanted to sing my praises to one of the writers – Tricia Johnson. Her article “Lament for a crazy dog” was beautiful. My husband and I own five dogs, all of senior age but don’t act like it. Please let her know I could not get through one paragraph without crying. It was beautifully written and I felt her pain for the loss of her friend. I was also touched by the article “The best Christmas ever.” Thanks for keeping me updated on local topics! Happy New Year!
