Consider before you vote

An increase like this only occurs if there is bad management, wasteful spending, a continued subsidy on failing amenities, or a combination of all three. Do you want to keep on investing in an organization that will not account to its members where their hard-earned money is spent and why?
I am finding it nearly impossible to live in comfort with further budget cuts and will not continue to subsidize money-losing ventures any longer. I see no end to this in the near future and I certainly do not expect that my home value will increase within any time soon. I will vote no on the dues increase, encourage others to stop believing in pipedreams, and realize that this is not what the majority of the members want, as I understood from the recent survey conducted by the LMOA Board.
