Finding a lost pet

• Social media – Facebook: Fluvanna Lost and Found Pets, and Lake Monticello are good places to post your notice, but posts age quickly and require reposts to stay active.
• Finally, when the search is over, stop the process and close the loop (remove flyers, delete posts, etc.) Share the good news with those who’ve helped!
If you find a pet, using similar efforts will maximize your chances of becoming a hero to a family like ours. We are grateful to have our “Jack” back home and our family together again.
