Size counts?

So I reread it, then I read it again. Then I read it for a fourth and fifth time, but each time I read it I came to the inescapable conclusion, that the worth of my free speech expression of opinion is somehow tied to the size of my political sign, the size of my lot, the size of my net worth or any other unit of measurement deemed appropriate by Mr. Shaver.
