Dave stabilized the situation during 2012 and then, with a system upgrade he requested and implemented, put in a revised system of budgeting and record-keeping in 2013. Under Dave’s management, monthly reporting to members is clearer and easier to understand. In 2014, LMOA members have seen more reporting of financial information on the association’s website, and a presentation on how to interpret/understand LMOA financial reports has been posted. In both 2013 and 2014, LMOA has achieved or done better than the budgets Dave was instrumental in putting together. He has shown dedication and professionalism in his time with LMOA.
