Support upgrade

I admire the people that don’t play tennis, but realize that those that do play deserve to have a safe court on which to play, with a surface that enhances the pleasure of the game.
I admire the residents that may not attend a lot of meetings or don’t belong to a card club or Mah Jongg group or quilters group, but nonetheless recognize that the current facilities are inadequate to house all of the meetings and activities.
I appreciate as well the residents who have few occasions to use the Ashlawn Grille but feel that we need an updated restaurant/banquet facility that we can be proud to take our friends and visitors to, or utilize to celebrate our special occasions.
I admire those who recognize that the current administration building is outdated and does not adequately and safely house the Lake Monticello staff while providing sufficient meeting/recreation space and are willing to pay an additional 26 cents per day to address these issues.
