Lastly, I will touch on my hot button issue. I do not feel there is any real need to maintain a huge balance in the bank as a reserve fund. There is no other homeowners’ association in the country that has anything close to a million dollars in a reserve fund and we have over $7 million sitting in the bank earning very little benefit. I feel that money should be spent on the pressing and immediate needs of our community.
