The debate confirmed my conviction that Mike Sheridan will have my vote on Nov. 5. He was articulate, informed and gracious. He has had a lifetime of dedication to our school children including their education and safety. He knows the Columbia District and its people through his years of service to the Kent’s Store Fire Station and Rescue Squad. He is sincere in his oft-stated desire to see the people of our area consulted before he makes up his mind on the issues before the Board of Supervisors. He would come to elected office with an open mind and without pretending to know the answers to the knotty issues before our elected officials.
I am confident that Mike Sheridan will make an excellent representative for the people of the Columbia District, and I urge the voters to elect him.
