Lake policy changes

The board has proposed changes to limit access to the lake recreational amenities (beaches and swimming, tennis and basketball courts, picnic grounds, ball fields, playgrounds and clubhouse and associated facilities) to children 16 and under or under 16 (it was inconsistent) only if they are accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.  Swimming pool access, however, would require all children under the age of 15 to be accompanied by an adult because someone realized that the pool has 15 year old life guards and it would be silly to allow 15 year old life guards and require 16 year olds to have adult supervision.
