Endorsement illegal?

Surely Ms. (Valerie) Palamountain must know this. Her reputation – and that of certain other members of the current board – for ignoring the rights of minority opinion holders precedes this electioneering travesty. She has no interest in consensus governing or democratic dialogue. Presumably her endorsed candidates will share in this form of bad governance.
I consider this recent behavior a fatal leadership failure, and I have asked the board to encourage Ms. Palamountain to resign her position as soon as possible. Hopefully, a new president will be more responsive to the needs and rights of the entire LMOA community and to more open government.
